Please be aware that, to preserve the authentic feel of the area, the roads around the villa are narrow and cannot be accessed by car. Guests are welcome to use the central parking area, which is only a 5 to 7-minute walk away. To make your arrival easier, the villa team offers complimentary scooter transfers for you and your luggage from the parking spot to the villa.
Additionally, there is ongoing construction near the villa that may continue for some time. You might experience some construction noise during your stay, and we thank you for your understanding.

How do I pay?
After you submit your reservation, we’ll send you a secure invoice via Xendit for the 50% deposit.
The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days before your stay, and we’ll send a reminder and invoice closer to the time.
No payment is taken on the website.
Cancellation Policy
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- If cancelled 30 days or more before arrival, a partial refund may apply (depending on the villa’s terms).
- If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If we must cancel your booking for any reason, you will be offered an alternative stay of similar or higher standard, or a full refund if no suitable alternative is available.
