Stayed there in Aug 2015 even though it was probably my 20th time in the property since its owned by my grandmother's brother.
This place is a piece of paradise. Built originally for a private family holiday home, not intended for commercial purpose. The architect was a renowned American architect, the landscaping was done impeccably, the materials used was all top notch (marble, teak wood), all the interiors are of high quality (all the paintings, sculpture).
Me and my wife also got married in Sajita on June 2012. It was just beautiful.
Can't recommend this place more if you're looking for a luxury holiday home. Yes it's far from the hip seminyak area (45 mins drive), but the bible never says that reaching heaven is a walk in the park!
Luxurious to the max . Ideal for wedding venues and huge mansion and privacy. Not too sure what s the market price for villas but this place is absolute lovely . If you can afford it, it will definietly be memorable. It has for rooms and the entire mansion to yourself. We were greeted warmly with wonderfull coconut brought to our room to quench our thirst. The breakfast in the morning feels like you have your own personal maid. The sad thing is to refill a coffee they will charge extra which is a bit disappointing. I feel for this price you charge should t the guest be fed enough food and drinks.
Stayed here together with my friend's family (total 12+ of us)
Location: Quite far away and pretty inaccessible. The hotel did arrange for transport to pick us up from the airport at 1am so it was not too bad. Overall, you will definitely need private transport if you stay here. It's near the paddy fields so the area is very dark and quiet at night. Definitely not the place if you're looking to be located near happening places (like Kuta)
Service: Personal butler for our room. Villa staff were all very friendly and accommodating. You get to choose the type of breakfast you want and when you go down for breakfast it would be served to you. We had a BBQ night whereby everything was nicely done and bbq-ed for us. Royalty treatment
Room: There were a few rooms in the villa (not sure how many but at least 4). The room I stayed in with my friends (the rest were taken up by friend's family members) was huge. Came with a king sized bed and had a separate living room area where the TV was. There was also a section of the room with the wardrobe and dresser. The best part of the room was probably the toilet. The toilet was 3/4 the size of the room (minus the living area) and there was 2 air-conditioner in it (not necessary but we were so amazed), 2 sinks, 2 toilet bowls, a round and deep tub and a separate shower area. Definitely my favourite part of the room
Villa: The villa was massively huge. It was probably the size of 2-3 regular bungalows combined together and there was a huge swimming pool located within its grounds too. A very private yet comfortable villa. In front of the villa is a private beach where we had our own fireworks session at night.
