Our stay at the Leaf Jimbaran was unplanned. The hotel we booked didn't meet our expectations so we moved to the Jimbaran. The staff immediately made sure that all of our needs were taken care of and made our stay enjoyable. If you are looking for attentive, problem-solving, fun hotel staff then this is your place. We loved our stay and will always have a warm spot in our hearts for the staff. They made a potentially difficult move between hotels a painless easy upgrade. Thank-you !
