Barely three minutes walk to Berawa Beach, Canggu Plaza and Canggu Club, in the up and coming residential area of Subak Sari – Canggu is a fabulous holiday rental property.

This fabulous colonial style four-bedroom villa ranges over one floor and is set on 1,200 sq. meters. The living area looks out over the pool and lounge pavilion – bale - through a line of palm trees and tropical landscaping.
To the left is the media room – equipped with LCD TV – offering cable and DVD – comfortably nestled with sofas and a small guest lavatory. Adjacent is one of the Master bedrooms overlooking the garden - with four poster bed, spacious bathroom with bathtub and walk-in closet.
To the right of the living and dining area is the second master bedroom with ample size bathroom and bathtub. The adjacent guest rooms – twin bedded yet can be made into queen size beds – also have en-suite bathrooms and all are accessed directly from the garden.
The kitchen and wet pantry take up the rear part of the house along with staff quarters and laundry room. The two-car garage allows for off street parking.
Villa Palma's architecture, with its through breezes and pavilion walkways shaded with flowering Thumbergia give a genteel feel to contemporary Bali. Ideal for families, Villa Palma is fully staffed and has 24-hour security.
An ornamented wooden gate leads through a garden and the living room set in the center of one level building of the villa. The spacious living area embraces an uninterrupted view of the greenery and the private pool set in the middle of the garden. The living area include on the left side dinning and kitchen, meanwhile the service and staff area are located discreetly in adjacent to the kitchen. Further to the left side is a media room equipped with LCD TV, comfortably set with a guest lavatory.
The master bedroom is set secluded in adjacent to the media room overlooking to the garden with a spacious en suited bathrooms and walking closet. Meanwhile another three bedrooms are located on the right side of the living room each with en suite bathroom and view to the garden. A 'bale' and sun deck are perfectly set by the pool to relax on while enjoying the soothing sound of the sea wave from a distance.
Stretched on the land of 1,500 m2 Villa Palma performs a simple modern design. The subdued tone matched well with the wooden material and decoration, blending seamlessly with the outdoor environment. The villa consists of a single building offering intimacy and a warm ambiance with large garden and private pool. The four bedrooms as well as the open concept living room are designed to enjoy the breathtaking view to the lush tropical landscape.

All of our villas come with the services of our guest relations manager who will be able to assist with massages/spa treatments, tours aand travel, car or scooter hire and all general advice and information needed to ensure your vacation is a memorable experience.
Please state in your inquiry if you'd require airport transfers. There's a transfer fee of IDR 250K one way for one car, to fit 4 people and luggage (surcharge of IDR 50K if the transfer is between 9pm - 7am). Fee payable to driver directly.
Villa Palma is a lovely villa, with good layout. All bedrooms are situated around the garden/pool area. Garden and pool area is really nice with large daybed and sun loungers. Pool has a semicircular area on each side, one which is a shallow area good for babies, the other good for older toddlers learning to swim. Staff were friendly and very nice. It was very handy that the villa also came with car/driver. The location of the villa was great, close to the beach and great kid friendly restaurants like Joglo and Milk & Madu. Also close to Finn's Beach Club and Finn's Recreation Club/Splash water park.
A thoughtfully laid out “open” villa with the two, air-conditioned bedroom wings embracing a large lawn and pool area, it really did seem like an oasis in paradise – if that isn’t too much of an oxymoron. In an open and relatively undeveloped area, it is fantastically quiet: just close enough to the beach to hear the waves and only 7 or 8 minutes walk, depending on the temperature (!) to the shops/bank/medics at Canggu. Era and her staff were great; attentive but not over-bearing and lovely cooking too. For us, very much a villa with the wow factor and one we’d definitely return to.
Colonial elegance in the perfect location. What is so special about Villa Palma is the rare space in what has to be one of the best locations In Bali. Let me explain, Villa Palma was built as a “colonial” style home. Not unique in the world but in a destination that has mushroomed from being a alternative lifestyle Island to a top resort location, quite rare. What you get at Villa Palma is space, not just 350sqm built up but a plot of 1500sqm. So if you enjoy a beautiful garden and tranquil setting, this is super. The majority of the villas on the island have been built to rent out. Villa Palma was built as a home, so unlike other villas we have stayed in on Bali, this was like a real home. Located in Canggu, arguably the best location in Bali, the villa enjoys close proximity to most of the top restaurants, but is removed enough for you not to be troubled by other tourists. Walking distance, circa 300 yards to a fabulous beach, to Canggu deli and Canggu club you could not be better placed. Large spacious bedrooms and bathrooms are what one notices first. For us having ample wardrobe space and drawers distinguished it from most other “rental” villas. Walk-in wardrobes in bedrooms 1 and 2! A 11m pool (55sqm) was perfect and good speed internet, again rare in Bali, was a huge plus. Open style lounge, kitchen and dining room are complimented by an air conditioned media room. If space and style separates Villa Palma from the rest then the team led by Era puts it on top of the pile. A full time villa manager who along with her team could not have done more to make our family feel at home. Transport, special meals, events organised (Xmas day and NYE) medical assistance – nothing is a problem. Fresh coconuts from the market, great fresh fish from the bay- no problem. Special thanks to Kadek and Gunawan. We will for many years remember our time in Bali, the palatial space and waking up to Frangipani covered lawns. We hope to return to Villa Palma one day.
In the event a Customer cancels a confirmed booking, the following penalties will generally apply: i) 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before arrival. ii) Up to 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 59 days before arrival.
