Dea Villas offers four glorious residences moments from Berawa Beach north-west of Seminyak. Each has its own character and style, from heritage-chic to ultra-contemporary, and each occupies multiple pavilions set in private gardens with swimming pool, lotus ponds, sun deck and bale. Shared facilities include 29 staff, a gym, spa and children’s playground, and guests enjoy complimentary welcome drink and fresh fruit basket upon arrival. The villas – two 4-bedroom, one 3-bedroom and a one-bedroom – can be rented separately or together in different configurations – perfect for everyone from a honeymooner couple to two families in adjoining villas to a 30+ wedding party.
Dea Villas is located in a quiet street in the rural district of Berawa, near Canggu. There’s not much in the immediate area apart from a number of luxury villas, acres of rice fields and the rugged surf beach of Berawa (2km). Within a two-kilometre radius of Dea Villas are a number of café-style restaurants, a delicatessen, some simple spas, and a yoga venue.
We have just returned from our 7th (!!) stay at Dea Villas. We have had the pleasure of staying in Villa Amy and Villa Sarasvati. Our first holiday was in 2012 and our children were quite small. At the time we lived in Thailand and were visiting with my active in-laws. The staff was amazing-suggesting wonderful tours and activities, making restaurant reviews and taking time to make the kids happy and comfortable. We were thrilled to meet the owner, who was staying on property and who gave us a tour of all of the villas. He either collected, curated or created all of the artwork and artifacts in the villas and his taste is impeccable. The construction is stunning and unlike so many properties in booming Bali...it is beautifully maintained. We have returned to Dea Villas every year since, sometimes twice a year! We've entertained friends and both sets of our parents in the villas as well. Canggu has changed a lot in the past 6 years, but Dea Villas remains a lovely haven in the midst of bustling Bali. We've tried other villas...but will continue to return to Dea because nothing else quite measures up! This most recent trip was a reschedule for a trip we postponed due to the volcano threat in December 2017. The staff was lovely, many of them remembered us from previous visits. My girls (now 10 and 13) ask every holiday if we can go back to Dea. Hoping to return for Spring Break! :)
We rented Villa Amy, Villa Sarasvati and Villa Sati. The exceeded our expectation in luxury and tranquility. Everyone in our party was blown away by the beauty of the villas. The villa staff are absolutely wonderful and look after your every need. Highly recommend
My travel club stayed from June 8-15 in the Sati, Amy, Saravasti and Radka. We had in an amazing time on this beautiful property! The place was amazing, but it didn't compare to the service we received from the entire staff! Love this place and love the people. This was our first time in Bali and we will be back!
In the very rare event of the airport being closed when you are due to arrive, we will endeavour to reschedule your villa booking to a mutually beneficial time
