Q: Why are your prices cheaper than larger, more well-known companies such as Airbnb?

By booking with any of the 'big' online travel agents such as TripAdvisor, Airbnb, or booking.com you will pay a surcharge on top of the price we offer. This is the cost of advertising a property on these platforms. As a dedicated boutique agency, we are able to offer our villas without any surcharges by working closely with our villa owners to provide them with the exact type of marketing their villa requires. We also market most of the villas on our website on other online booking platforms, but only by coming to us directly will you escape surcharges and extra fees.

Q: How does your Best Price Guarantee work?

It's quite simple really! Show us a villa we market on our website advertised for a cheaper rate elsewhere for the equivalent booking period and we will guarantee to beat the price you have shown us. We'll also probably throw in a couple of extras too!

Q: Do you have any special offers?

Hundreds! With Bali's largest portfolio of private holiday villa rentals, we also have Bali's largest collection of discounted villas. Every month we update our Last Minute Special Offers page to display the best possible rates for hundreds of our villas. It's worth checking regularly to find the best offers in Bali.

Your Villas

Q: Why book a Bali villa instead of a hotel?

A villa is your own private home in Bali, with your own private pool and gardens. Renting a villa offers a far better holiday experience than living in a cramped hotel room and having to share the swimming pool with potentially hundreds of other guests. Many of our villas have services such as breakfasts provided, butler and chef services and even car & drivers, meaning you'll feel like royalty while on your villa holiday, instead of one of the crowd.

Q: Do all of your villas have a private swimming pool?

Yes, they do. A villa is your home from home in Bali and should be treated as such while you're here. You would never share your regular home, so why would you when you are on holiday? All our villas are totally private, and you would never share any part of the villa with anyone else. Furthermore, almost all of our villas are completely private - we welcome many naturists to Bali and couples and families who want to enjoy Bali in perfect peace and quiet.

Q: How do you guarantee the quality of your villas?

All our villas are personally inspected on a regular basis by our team our professional property experts, each of which is responsible for the quality of the villas they manage. Indeed, many of our team are recruited from some of the finest resorts in South East Asia. We realise the importance of those few days or weeks you have saved up for and looked forward to for such a long time and know that a perfect villa is key to having a wonderful holiday in Bali.

Q: Do your villas have housekeeping staff?

All of our 1,000+ villas provide professional daily housekeeping, meaning your villa is as good as new every single day. Often, our villa staff will be happy to babysit or provide a meal for you if you wish, though extra charges may be applicable.

Extras

Q: Are you able to help us organise extras such as tours, excursions, massages or motorbike hire?

We have a knowledgeable and experienced guest relations team who will be happy to answer any questions you may have and assist with massages/spa treatments, tours and travel, car or scooter hire and all general advice and information needed to ensure your vacation is a memorable experience.

Q: Are you able to provide airport transfers?

We have a team of professional drivers in our own liveried cars who will be delighted to meet you at the arrivals section of the airport and transfer you the quickest possible way to your villa. We'd certainly recommend using our team of drivers, as the taxi drivers at the airport often have difficulties in finding our villas.

Q: What about if we would like to hire a chef?

Whether you would just like your breakfasts cooked for you, or you would like a romantic candlelit meal, or even a full seafood banquet, our guest relations team will be delighted to arrange external cooking services for you, whether that be a chef or a whole catering team.

Q: Where are you based?

We're based in Bali's tourist hotspot of Seminyak, so we always have our fingers on the pulse of what's happening on the world's best tourist island. It also means our gust relations team are always on hand to help or assist if there's anything you need.

Q: Do you have an office we can come to visit?

Q: How many staff do you have?

We have a professional team of over 30 staff dedicated to making sure you have a fantastic time during your stay at one of our villas in Bali.

Q: How long have you been established?

The company was established in 2007, so we have over twelve years' experience of providing the best holiday vacation rentals in Bali. Prior to that, our company CEO ran huge property businesses in the United Kingdom.

Bookings

Q: Are there any cancellation fees?

We don't charge any cancellation fees, and we will always endeavour to reschedule your villa booking to a mutually beneficial time in the very rare event the airport is closed when you are due to arrive.

Q: How do we book a Bali villa for our holiday?

It's easy and secure. Simply use our advanced filter system to choose your ideal villa from our selection of over 1,000 Bali villas. If you need some help, use our live chat system to talk to one of our live Bali experts who will be delighted to offer you some advice. Once you find your ideal villa or villas, simply fill in the form on the villa's page, and a member of our reservations team will contact you within the hour with a personally tailored quote for you showing your unbeatable price and all your inclusions.

Q: Is it possible to change a booking once it has been paid for?

We would be delighted to add on extra days to your booking at either the beginning or the end of your reservation (if the villa is available!). Simply let your reservations team member know and they will do the rest for you.

Bali

Q: When is the wet season?

Generally, the wet season in Bali runs from just after New Year until the end of March. The season typically starts with rain during the evenings when most of us are asleep, progressing through the season to the daytime during late February and early March. However, given the ongoing changes with the climate throughout the world, these times are no longer set in stone.

Q: What is Nyepi day?

The holy day of Nyepi is a Balinese "Day of Silence" that is commemorated every Isakawarsa according to the Balinese calendar. It is a Hindu celebration mainly celebrated in Bali, Indonesia. Nyepi, a public holiday in Indonesia, is a day of silence, fasting and meditation for the Balinese. During the day of silence, no-one is allowed on the streets at all, no noise can be made, and no lights can be seen during the evening. Windows should be blacked out.
